About us
PHAIDRAcon began (long before it became an annual event) as a space for people working with PHAIDRA to share experiences and learn from one another. This open, informal exchange is still at its core. Today, PHAIDRAcon brings together researchers, repository managers, developers, librarians, and infrastructure providers to discuss not only their local setups, but also what connects them across institutions and countries.
At PHAIDRAcon, we are looking beyond individual installations and learn from our international partners, explore different use cases, and open up conversations around Open Academia, research data, interoperability, and long-term digital preservation.
PHAIDRAcon is still a meeting at heart, but one that continues to grow into a more connected, international, and inclusive space for everyone working with, or interested in open scholarly infrastructures.
